Heather Gladstein

As a Consultant and Tour Manager, Heather Gladstein works with some of the world’s most accomplished and revered musicians supporting them in all aspects of their professional and personal lives. The artists who employ her perform on the most prestigious classical music and theater stages, in movies and on television, and have received Grammy Awards, Tony Awards, Emmy Awards, and the MacArthur “Genius Grant.”

When evaluating her career goals in the performing arts industry, Heather saw a need for direct support for artists at the highest level of their craft, while also satisfying her desire of having her own business and working directly for musicians. She provides a consistent, trustworthy, discreet, and reliable hand to keep artists organized and stress-free, while overseeing complicated projects and managing all logistical aspects of concert touring. Known for having created a unique business in the entertainment industry, Heather was recently recognized by Musical America as a “Professional of the Year,” for her contribution as an industry innovator, independent thinker and entrepreneur.  

Before establishing her own business in 2005, Heather was the Director of Artist Services in the Vocal Division of IMG Artists in New York for six years. A Member of New York Celebrity Assistants, Heather graduated from the University of Michigan with Bachelors of Arts in both Music and Economics. She lives outside of Louisville, KY with her husband and two young sons.
